Rental Space
It is used in many ways, such as for telework, zoom conferences, or as a filming location for Youtube.
The fee is 600 yen per hour. The fee is 600 yen per hour, which is the same as ordering a coffee at Starbucks, and you can enjoy a private space all to yourself for the same price. (Of course, you can also use it for two people.

Weekly / monthly stay
For stays of one week or more, we have the following rate structure.

(per person/per room/no initial cost/WiFI and all utilities are included)
If you have a large number of people, we will give you a further discount.
Hotel
You can also stay as a regular hotel.
Check-in is at 18:00, check-out is at 12:00 the next day. You can stay in the morning at a leisurely pace.
HOTEL TRIM is a discounted accommodation facility under the Japan Tourism Agency’s “Go To Travel Program”. To receive the discount, please make a reservation through Online Travel Agency.
Reservations made via the official website or by phone are not eligible for the discount.

HOTEL TRIM opened as a women’s only hotel, but now both men and women are welcome to stay.

Rooms
Single Bedroom
Private room with one single bed. Room for one person.
The room is compact, but fully equipped with everything you need. The desk faces the window facing the park and has a great view.
There are two wall colors, ash gray and moss green. We’ll leave it up to you to decide which one you want to be in.
Queen Bedroom
A private room with one queen bed (160x200cm wide).
It is more generously sized than a double bed (140cm wide), so you can sleep more comfortably together.
A desk, sink and amenities are also provided.
Standard Twin Room
Private room with two single beds.
Everything you need in a small room, just the right size for a trip together.
Deluxe Twin Room
Private room with two single beds.
With a private shower and toilet, you can stay completely private from check-in to check-out.
The rooms come in two different colors, a soft cream yellow and a chic dark moss blue. You’ll have to wait until you come to see which one you’ll be in.
