What are the other costs besides rent, such as initial costs and utilities?
There are no necessary expenses other than rent. All utilities, WiFi usage fees, and common service fees are included.
Can more than one person move into one room?
Yes, except for single rooms, which are available for two people.

If you move in for more than one month, there is no restriction on the period of stay after that. You are free to extend your stay or leave early.
However, the remaining days will not be refunded in the event of early departure.
Is there a parking lot?
There is no parking.
Please use the nearby coin-operated parking.
Is there bicycle parking?
There is no bicycle parking in the facility, but there is a free bicycle parking lot run by the City of Kanazawa, a two-minute walk away. In addition, guests of the Hotel Trim can rent bicycles for 1,500 yen per month.
How well equipped are the furniture, fixtures, etc.?
Rooms are equipped with beds, bedding, bedding, and linens, so you don’t need to prepare bedding. Each room has an air conditioner, desk, chair, and mirror.
Shared bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body soap, etc.) are free.
The shared kitchen is equipped with basic cooking utensils, seasonings, and a refrigerator.
All of the above items can be brought in if you wish to use your own.
Can I have a preview in advance?
Yes, they are available for viewing. Please let us know the date and time you would like to view it when you contact us.
Can I let a friend into the room?
Yes, you can let us into your room, but please let us know in advance if you will be staying for more than one day.

The building is non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed on the roof.
Do you have laundry facilities?
There is a 24-hour coin-operated laundry on the first floor of our building.
What do you have in your kitchen?
A complete set of cookware / cutlery / plates / spices, etc.
Is there a curfew?
There is no curfew.
Are residents responsible for cleaning the common areas?
No, cleaning of common areas is done regularly by management staff.
